Job summary

KennedyPearce Consulting Ltd in the UK is seeking a Credit Control Supervisor to join its Finance team. Reporting into the Credit Control Manager, you will mentor the Credit Control team and act as the escalation point for complex debtor queries while ensuring timely collections.

Key duties include monitoring debtors, producing month-end reports, allocating receipts, reconciling accounts, and building strong relationships with Sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control or accounts receivable is required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior staff.
• Ability to manage targets and deadlines.
• Proficient in reconciliations and financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and support a Credit Control team.
• Act as first escalation for complex queries.
• Monitor debtor position and produce month-end reports.
• Assist with allocations of receipts and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Sales teams and drive process improvements.
• Maintain professional handling of sensitive customer queries.
• Liaise with management on unpaid accounts and potential withdrawals.
