Pastaio London is seeking an enthusiastic bartender to join our busy Fitzrovia venue. You’ll craft quality cocktails, pour wines, and deliver warm, professional guest service in a fast-paced environment.

With at least 2 years in a cocktail bar or high-end restaurant, you’ll bring mixology knowledge and a collaborative spirit. Evening and weekend availability required; competitive hourly pay and perks support growth within our growing group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a cocktail bar or high-end restaurant.
• Solid understanding of mixology, wine, and spirits.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits to the highest standards.
• Deliver exceptional guest service with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Maintain stock levels, assist with ordering, and ensure accuracy in daily inventory checks.
• Keep the bar clean, organised, and fully stocked throughout service.
• Collaborate with the bar team to bring creativity and consistency to the cocktail menu.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations to uphold a safe environment.
