Suvi, a vibrant Asian fusion restaurant in Tromsø, is seeking a bartender to join the front-of-house team. You will craft cocktails, serve guests at the bar, and support busy service periods while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender or in hospitality is preferred
• Basic knowledge of cocktails, wine, and bar service
• Good communication skills in English (Norwegian is a plus)
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Reliable, positive, and able to work well in a team
• Must be over 20 years old due to liquor and cocktails.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Providing friendly and professional service to guests
• Keeping the bar area clean, organized, and well stocked
• Ensuring responsible alcohol service in accordance with regulations
• Working closely with the service and kitchen team to ensure efficient service
