Job summary

Wood Hotel & Strawberry in Bodø is seeking flexible, reliable bartenders to craft cocktails and guide guests through our beverage selection. You’ll shift between the vibrant dinner scene and the premium pool and wellness bar, while maintaining a clean and safe service area and delivering memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible, reliable, and able to delight guests.
• Excellent communication, detail‑oriented, and proactive in keeping the bar running smoothly.
• Remain calm and organized even during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Creating magic behind the bar: crafting cocktails, serving local brews, and guiding guests through beverage selection.
• Mastering different atmospheres between ATTME dinner pulse and pool/wellness bar.
• Serving with pride: maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar environment, ensuring drinks are served perfectly timed and presented.
• Being the perfect host: warm, attentive, and professional service for dining or pool guests.
• Playing as a team: open and positive dialogue with the shift leader and teammates.
