Job summary

Sommerro is seeking a Barback to join our team in Oslo. You will support bartenders, keep the bar stocked, replenish supplies, and polish glassware while maintaining cleanliness and smooth service into the busy evening hours.

The ideal candidate has bar experience or solid knowledge of bar operations, is available for evenings and weekends, and brings energy, speed, organization, and a positive, team-focused attitude to help us deliver high standards and great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Has previous bar experience or good knowledge of bar operations.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Fast, organised and proactive.
• Works well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support the bartenders and the team by keeping the bar stocked and organized.
• Prepare and replenish supplies, Polish glassware.
• Maintain cleanliness and help ensure smooth and efficient service during evenings.
• Help ensure a high standard of service throughout the shift.
