Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders accurately, making recommendations, and ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standardized recipes and customer preferences.
• Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring the bar is well-stocked with necessary supplies and ingredients; report shortages or maintenance issues as needed.
• Keep the bar area clean and organized, including glassware, utensils, and equipment; adhere to health and safety standards.

This is a temporary position for 100% with a start date to be agreed upon. The position requires working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
