Job summary

RS Components is seeking a Corporate Account Manager to strategically manage a portfolio of national corporate customers on the West Coast of Norway. You will collaborate with field sellers, ADRs, and local stakeholders to drive revenue, expand RS’s presence, and deliver tailored account plans.

The role involves deploying national and EMEA contracts, negotiating terms, and building strong client relationships to maximise share of wallet while ensuring compliance and effective cross‑functional

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing corporate customer portfolios and driving growth through tailored, solution‑focused strategies.
  • Strong background in B2B sales and ideally experience within the MRO sector.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans to maximise sales, margin, and ROI.
  • Confident communicator and collaborator, skilled at coordinating with internal teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Solid contract negotiation skills with a focus on mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Strong analytical mindset, able to assess customer potential, analyse markets, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Experience deploying and managing national or multi‑site contracts within a complex organisation.
  • Ability to identify customer challenges and implement value‑added solutions with technical experts.
  • Excellent planning, prioritisation, and CRM management skills.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to prospect, secure new business, and expand share of wallet.
  • Fluent Norwegian and English language skills.

Location: This is a field-based role, and we are currently looking for someone based on the West Coast of Norway.

The Opportunity
