Job summary

MiCiM in Oslo is seeking a Construction Director to take end-to-end accountability for delivery across multiple projects in the Nordics.

You will build trusted relationships with clients and partners, drive safety, quality, and risk management, and lead from the front in complex, mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• A proven track record in a senior construction leadership role.
• Strong experience delivering data centres, mission-critical, or complex industrial builds.
• The ability to lead across multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders.
• A deep understanding of construction delivery, commercial controls, and risk management.
• Confidence operating in international environments (Nordics experience is a plus).
• A leadership style that is hands-on, decisive, and people-focused.

• Lead and inspire project and site leadership teams across the region.

• Oversee delivery from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.
