InstaCreative India is seeking a dedicated Computer Support Specialist to help users with computer systems, software, and hardware issues at the Svalbard site. You will diagnose problems, guide users through solutions, and escalate complex cases as needed.

The role requires strong technical know-how, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach. Local candidates are preferred; there is an urgent start date, with visa and ticket provided to eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, operating systems, and applications.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.

Computer Support Specialist - Svalbard

As a Computer Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. You will diagnose and troubleshoot problems, guide users through solutions, and  escalate complex issues to the appropriate team. You will also be responsible for setting up new devices, installing software updates, and maintaining network security. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
