Job summary

MapleClass Education in Svalbard is seeking an Entry Level Computer Support Specialist to join our team. You will assist clients with hardware, software and network issues, troubleshoot problems, and install and configure systems and peripherals, while maintaining records and collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex tech challenges.

This full-time role requires a foundation in computer science concepts, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and a readiness to learn.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• No prior experience required but candidates with customer service or IT support will be given preference.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
• Good communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
