Job summary

Sperton Norway AS is seeking an experienced Commissioning Engineer SEIT for a long-term assignment in Stavanger. The role focuses on planning, documentation, scope definition and coordination with vendors and offshore teams to drive commissioning activities.

Responsibilities include boundary drawings, commissioning procedures, PCS scope, FAT support, and close collaboration with offshore teams to ensure timely project delivery. Offshore experience is highly valued for this position.

Qualifications

• Fagbrev or a Bachelor’s degree within a relevant technical field.
• Professional background in electrical, instrumentation and/or automation engineering.
• Strong knowledge of SCD, C&E and block hierarchy.
• Experience with MC and commissioning in M&M and MOD projects.
• Offshore certificate preferred and offshore experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of engineering delivery in oil & gas projects.
• Good communication and collaborative approach, proactive mindset.

We are looking for a structured professional with a background in electrical, instrumentation and/or automation engineering, combined with experience from MC and commissioning activities within M&M and MOD projects.

About The Role

In this role, you will contribute to commissioning activities throughout the project, with a focus on planning, documentation, scope definition and coordination with vendors and offshore teams.

Responsibilities
