BODYARMOR Sports Nutrition in Whitestone, NY is seeking a Commercial Execution Intern to support Merchandising and Commercial Program Development. This internship offers hybrid work with in-office Tue-Thu and remote Mon-Fri, and requires travel to NYC for the Intern Summit.

You will assist the team with brand-specific execution playbooks, LOS Playbooks, and a POS analysis tool while gaining exposure across multiple disciplines and completing the BODYARMOR Intern Program through weekly meetings

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's in Business Administration.
• Strong analysis, creative thinking, planning, organizing, and problem-solving.
• Passion for understanding systems and attention to detail!
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint Excel Word Outlook).
• Hybrid working schedule in our Whitestone Queens location (T-W-TH Office) and Remote (M-F) required.
• Ability to travel for our Intern Summit in NYC.

Responsibilities

• Build a comprehensive LOS Playbook by Brand.
• Develop a POS order analyzation tool and create a detailed view into merchandising initiatives.
• Support additional ad hoc projects as requested.
• Successfully complete the BODYARMOR Intern Program including weekly intern driven meetings and final project presentation.

BODYARMOR is looking for a Commercial Execution Intern to join our team.

As a BODYARMOR Commercial Execution intern you will be responsible for the support of the Merchandising and Commercial Program Development departments. The work week will be focused on providing assistance across all functions of the departments and being a team player taking on tasks across multiple disciplines. Your manager will set weekly schedules and interns are expected to be available Monday through Friday. This Internship will involve travel to and from our corporate office in Whitestone NY as well as remote work (our team is hybrid working remotely Monday and Friday and in office Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist Commercial Program Development team in building out execution playbooks by brand to support Commercial Programs (Iconic Thematic Limited Time Offers) to be shared cross-departmentally.
• Build a comprehensive LOS Playbook by Brand.
• Develop a POS order analyzation tool and create a detailed view into merchandising initiatives.
• Support additional ad hoc projects as requested.
• Successfully complete the BODYARMOR Intern Program including weekly intern driven meetings final project presentation weekly workshops and attend our annual summit in NY.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Pursuing Bachelor's in Business Administration
• Strong analysis creative thinking planning organizing and problem-solving skills
