Job summary

T.D. Williamson, Inc. seeks a results-oriented Project Manager to lead services projects from inquiry through completion. You will coordinate quotes, scheduling, and invoicing, manage scope and risks, and collaborate with engineering, operations, and customers to deliver TDW solutions.

The role requires 3–5 years of PM experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and PMP certification preferred. English is required; additional languages may be beneficial depending on location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience or equivalent background.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quotes, scheduling, project management, operations and invoicing to deliver TDW solutions.
• Collect and review project information from customers to execute projects.
• Support quotes and invoices accuracy against scope and pricing.
• Generate and process change orders promptly.
• Monitor project background, objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Attend site visits and customer meetings as needed.
• Assign resources and responsibilities within the project team.
• Communicate project risk levels to customers and teams.
• Collaborate on best practices and drive TDW culture.
