Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in project management, operations, engineering, or service delivery.
• Strong commercial awareness and financial understanding, including cost control.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-focused and able to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects from contract award through successful completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Execute projects in accordance with contractual scope while identifying opportunities for variation orders and additional services.
• Apply established project management processes, tools, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and forecasts.
• Coordinate project activities across functions to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable project delivery.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and proactively escalated issues when required.
• Ensure contractual, commercial, and legal requirements are understood and appropriately addressed during project execution.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to lessons learned activities.
