Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd in Vestfold og Telemark is seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to lead civil works on a major data centre development in Norway. You will oversee daily site activities, coordinate subcontractors and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

This role offers competitive salary with accommodation and travel support, a clear path to Civil Construction Manager, and an immediate start.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising civil works on major construction or engineering projects.
• Strong background in groundworks, drainage, utilities, concrete, foundations or structural works.
• Experience coordinating civil subcontractors and site operatives.
• Data centre, infrastructure, industrial or large-scale commercial construction experience preferred.
• Willingness to relocate and work permanently on site in Skien.

Responsibilities

• Supervising daily civil and structural activities across the site
• Coordinating groundworks, drainage, underground services, reinforced concrete and external works
• Managing subcontractors, operatives, plant and materials
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, RAMS and construction information
• Planning daily works in line with the construction programme
