Qualifications

• Knowledge of Norwegian blasting regulations and required safety procedures.
• Willingness to relocate and work permanently on site in Skien.

Responsibilities

• Managing all drilling, blasting and rock excavation activities.
• Planning the sequence of works in line with the construction programme.
• Reviewing and approving blast designs, methodologies and risk assessments.
• Coordinating specialist blasting contractors, engineers and site teams.
• Promoting the highest standards of health and safety across all operations.
