3stepIT is seeking a Spot Trade Sales Specialist to drive revenue in our secondary IT hardware business across global markets. You will source, negotiate, and close profitable trades while leveraging our infrastructure to execute efficiently and compliantly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in ITAD brokerage or secondary IT hardware sales.
• Deep technical understanding of enterprise IT hardware and pricing.
• Proven track record of delivering strong gross margins.
• Experience with buy- and sell-side negotiation and deal execution.

Responsibilities

• Source IT hardware for resale through established networks.
• Negotiate buy-side pricing for servers, networking, storage, components and devices.
• Match inventory with global buyers across channels.
• Maximize margins through sell-side negotiation and relationship management.
• Forecast sales pipeline within CRM systems.
• Coordinate with logistics, data sanitization, and audits for compliant deals.
• Handle customer relationships end-to-end including post-sale support.
• Monitor market pricing and platform developments.
