• Strong track record in operational excellence or large-scale transformation in tech/software/services.
• Experience leading Lean or transformation programmes.
• Proven ability to drive AI-enabled business improvement.
• Understanding of governance, performance management & operating models.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Operational Excellence strategy across Multichannel & BIX.
• Lead AI-enabled transformation initiatives to improve productivity, quality and decision-making.
• Simplify and standardize processes, governance, and ways of working.
• Strengthen performance management with clear KPIs and data-driven decisions.
• Establish scalable operating models to support growth and efficiency.
• Ensure security, compliance, risk management and governance are embedded in operations.
• Build organizational capability in Lean and continuous improvement.
• Translate business strategy into measurable operational outcomes.
