Job summary

Tieto Indtech is seeking a Head of Operational Excellence to lead Nexus’ transformation, applying Lean principles and AI-enabled ways of working alongside strong governance and operational discipline.

You will collaborate with Product, Delivery, Technology, Support, and Security leaders to build the scalable, efficient foundation required for AI-driven growth and future readiness.
