Responsibilities

• Drive operational performance through structured governance, follow‑up, and execution management.
• Translate strategic priorities into tangible operational plans, with clear ownership and milestones.
• Own and drive the operational plan process to meet objectives and timelines.
• Develop and lead market & business intelligence to align priorities and sequencing of initiatives.
• Lead operational reviews and monitor KPIs; drive accountability and corrective actions.
