United Footprint seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead a busy banking facility, drive growth, and manage daily operations. You will mentor staff, develop business plans, and oversee lending activities including consumer and real estate loans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years banking experience
• Consumer/Residential lending experience
• Supervisory experience
• Good interpersonal communication and supervisory skills
• Thorough knowledge of Consumer and Small Business Lending Operations, Teller and CSR functions, bank products and services
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to change
• Background in financial operating policies and procedures, banking regulations (state and federal), employee development and public relations preferred
• Participate in all required compliance training, including Bank Secrecy Act/anti-money laundering training, as well as internal and external training programs, online training, meetings, and seminars/conferences, etc.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall management, growth and profitability of the branch
• Cross-trained on all branch functions
• Manage day-to-day facility, staff and operations
• Use reports to maximize branch results
• Maximize revenues, sales, and customer satisfaction while minimizing losses
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, disciplining, and coaching staff
• Communicate and monitor goals to staff
• Assist in creating and maintaining the branch business plan
• Grow the branch through business development and sales programs
• Perform business calling and sales activities
• Maintain sales activity tracking in 360 View
• Develop and maintain a diversified loan and deposit portfolio
• Engage with the community and uphold public relations
• Implement controls per policies and procedures
• Serve as chief communicator for branch staff
• Interview consumer loan applicants and outline terms
• NMLS initial registration and annual renewal required
