NOBA Bank Group is seeking a Branch Head of AML to lead first-line AML/CTF operations, guide the AML team, and ensure efficient execution of KYC and ongoing monitoring. The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to translate complex rules into practical processes.

You will collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Front Office across multiple jurisdictions, driving pragmatic, risk-based controls while maintaining a robust control environment.

Competenze

• 5-8 years of hands-on AML/CTF experience in banking or financial services.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Fluency in Norwegian or Swedish, and English.

• Lead first-line AML/CTF execution across the branch.
• Guide AML specialist team and ensure regulatory change translates to action.
