Tata Capital in Mandal is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead Loan Officers and field staff, driving sales targets and maintaining a top-quality loan portfolio.

You will design and execute collection strategies, monitor repayments, conduct regular field visits, and ensure compliance, training, and brand standards across the branch.

This role requires strong leadership, planning, and people management to optimize resources and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Lead team of Loan Officers/Field Staff to achieve business targets.
• Ensure maximum collection efficiency and regular repayments.
• Design collection strategy to ensure quality portfolio.
• Conduct regular field visits to guide and motivate officers.
• Track repayment and follow up on delinquent accounts.
• Lead daily meetings to achieve daily run rate and planning.
• Maintain branch records and ensure compliance and admin tasks.
