PetLab Co. is seeking a Junior Video Producer for paid media with a focus on Spanish-speaking markets. This remote US-based role supports translation, localization and high-quality video production for global campaigns.

You will edit short-form videos using Premiere Pro, Photoshop and After Effects, ensuring brand consistency across Meta, TikTok and YouTube, while coordinating voiceover talent and creators to accelerate turnaround.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Understanding of best practices for Meta, TikTok and YouTube creatives.
• Experience editing and adapting content for performance using Premiere Pro, Photoshop and After Effects.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects while maintaining brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• 80% Translation, Localization & Editing: adapt top-performing English creatives into Spanish for performance across platforms.
• 10% Voiceover & Creator Coordination: brief, coordinate and manage native talent; light shoots as needed.
• 10% Asset Management & Delivery: organize assets, track versions, deliver final files to media buyers and partners.
