Soar With Us in London is seeking a Paid Search Lead/Head of Paid Search to mentor a team of Paid Search Managers and drive acquisition for a portfolio of ecommerce brands. You will own strategy across Google Ads and YouTube, steer demand-gen initiatives, manage P&L, and work with cross-functional teams to scale performance while upholding our values.

The role offers a remote/hybrid setup with a London head office and flexible working options, and a competitive salary plus bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience running Google & YouTube Ads for e-commerce brands at a senior level.
• Experience managing a paid search team, ideally in an agency setting.
• Strong Shopify knowledge; familiarity with Klaviyo and Triple Whale.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and manage the Paid Search team, ensuring outstanding service.
• Lead quarterly reviews and career progression for the team.
• Own commercial performance including profitability and revenue growth for the department.
• Strategise and execute high-spend Google & YouTube campaigns, including guidance to internal teams.
• Build an end-to-end YouTube/Demand Gen pipeline for training and client execution.
• Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients and act as senior stakeholder to clients.
