Terfuu is a Montréal-based performance-creative agency seeking a Creative Strategist for remote work. You will develop angles and concepts for paid social campaigns, write hooks and briefs, and own creative strategy across multiple DTC brands.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French required.
• 3+ years in paid social creative for DTC brands, agency or in-house.
• Ability to write copy, scripts and briefs with confidence.
• Experience coordinating or leading a creative team.

Responsibilities

• Develop angles and creative concepts for paid social (Meta and TikTok).
• Write hooks, scripts and briefs for creatives.
• Own the creative strategy of multiple DTC brands.
• Analyze ad performance and translate data into new ideas.
• Collaborate with clients to align directions and present concepts.
• Push editors and designers to execute at the highest level.
