Mondosol is a fast-growing online language learning community connecting educators with learners worldwide. We are hiring a Marketing & Community Coach (Online, Freelance) to grow our brand, engage our audience, and create a thriving space for language learners and educators globally.

This part-time, freelance role is 100% remote, offering flexibility to set your own schedule and rates. You will collaborate with a multilingual team to shape Mondosol’s voice and community experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or community building.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Creative mindset with the ability to produce or direct engaging content.
• Self-starter attitude: comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection, computer with webcam and microphone for Google Meet.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Create copy, visuals, and video content reflecting Mondosol's voice and mission.
• Engage with our community of learners and educators: respond to comments, host events, sparks conversations.
• Design and manage online events, webinars, and live sessions on Google Meet.
• Identify growth opportunities through community feedback, trends, and data.
• Support onboarding of new teachers and learners into Mondosol ecosystem.
• Collaborate with language teachers to co-create content showcasing their expertise.
• Track community metrics and campaign performance and share actionable insights.

What You Will Do:

• Multilingual abilities (Italian, French, Norwegian, or other languages a plus)
