Soar With Us is seeking a proactive Post Production Manager to lead a growing remote team of editors and optimise workflows from planning to final delivery. You will balance speed, quality and client outcomes while maintaining strong creative standards.
You’ll mentor junior editors, manage priorities, and explore AI-enhanced tools to boost efficiency and scalability as the agency expands.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years in post-production (agency/ D2C/social-first)
- Experience managing remote creative teams and multiple projects
- Strong grasp of editing workflows and social ad metrics
Responsibilities
- Lead and optimise the full post-production workflow from ingest to delivery.
- Allocate projects and balance workloads across editors.
- Oversee timelines, versioning and delivery schedules.
- Provide creative and performance feedback on edits.
- Collaborate with Producers, Strategists and Account Managers.
- Ensure KPIs and client outcomes guide priorities.
- Identify opportunities to adopt AI tools to improve editing.
- Support recruitment and development of post-production talent.
- Lead regular post-production meetings to review workload and priorities.
- Maintain organised post-production archive and delivery docs.
