Job summary

Eccera Finance Professionals AS in Norway is seeking a Finance Coordinator for its Global Back Office. The role focuses on invoicing and license generation, with strong emphasis on process consistency and customer service.

You will work with Growth Teams, Support Teams and Finance Managers, and report to the Back Office Western Area Manager of Digital and Data Solutions. Fluency in French and English is a requirement; invoicing experience and MS Office skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English
• Preferable invoicing experience, perhaps including Oracle and similar systems
• Contract process experience is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication skills and analytical problem solving
• Ability to work systematically under pressure

Responsibilities

• Raise new sale/renewal invoices on time with relevant supporting information
• Respond to and resolve invoice challenges and chase late payments
• Invoicing for annual renewals and license generation
• Handle telephone and email enquiries related to invoicing
• Dispatch invoices and licenses within agreed timeframes
• Follow up with customers for payment of outstanding invoices
• Issue accurate quotes for renewable contracts on time
• Collaborate with Salesforce and Support Teams to close cases
