As territory leader, you will represent Shield AI’s autonomy and aircraft portfolio, engaging senior military leaders, ministries of defence, and strategic partners to shape opportunities.

The role requires owning territory strategy, pipeline development, and account growth while coordinating cross-functional teams to meet a sales quota in a fast-paced international defence

Qualifications

• 6+ years in business development, capture, sales, or related roles within defence/aerospace or advanced tech.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute go-to-market strategy across assigned markets.
• Build and grow a disciplined pipeline across autonomy, aircraft, ISR, and mission systems.
• Lead end-to-end deal closure, including account planning, shaping, negotiation, and contracts.
