Job summary

Aceve is seeking an AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy internal AI solutions powering our digital transformation across the group’s portfolio. You’ll sit within the AI Transformation Team, reporting to the Head of AI, and work directly with business teams to ensure adoption and impact.

This hands‑on role covers the full lifecycle of internal AI products—from scoping with stakeholders to deployment and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

2+ years building and deploying AI or software solutions.
Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong proficiency with LLM APIs and frameworks and production integrations.
Experience building automations or AI agents interacting with business data.
Good communication with non‑technical stakeholders and bias for shipping.

Responsibilities

Design and build AI agents, automations, and LLM integrations across ACEVE Group.
Partner with business teams to turn workflows into working AI solutions.
Iterate based on real‑world usage and feedback to ensure adoption.
Contribute reusable components and patterns for scale.
Evaluate new AI tools and frameworks to advance capabilities.
Document solutions for business teams and colleagues.
Provide guidance to the AI Champions network and run hands‑on sessions.
Deliver in a hands‑on or remote workshop format as needed.
