You will blend senior engineering with product ownership, architecture, and integrations, independently engaging with external providers and reviewing AI-generated implementations for reliability and quality. Work will be in a remote, international team with an AI-first development process.

Qualifications

• Senior-level engineering with end-to-end ownership.
• Backend engineer or software architect background.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding agents in daily workflow.
• Interest in agentic software development and learning new tools.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end from problem statement through development, testing, deployment, and production.
• Identify what to build and drive initiatives without detailed specs.
• Engage with external partners and service providers for integration requirements.
• Collaborate with AI agents to create product and technical specifications and ensure quality.
• Review AI-generated code, ensure reliability, and maintain production readiness.
