Job summary

LTM — a Larsen & Toubro company — is seeking a Program Director/Program Delivery Executive to lead enterprise-scale insurance and financial services programmes in an AI-driven environment.

You will partner with C-suite and internal leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes, manage multi-workstream delivery, and drive growth through commercial excellence.

The role requires 10–15 years in complex programmes, strong governance, and a track record of delivering value across global teams.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience leading complex enterprise software programmes.
• At least 5 years in senior delivery leadership within insurance or financial technology.
• Deep insurance/financial services domain knowledge.
• Project management certification required: PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise software programmes from initiation to closure.
• Ensure on-time, within-scope, within-budget delivery across all workstreams.
• Drive time-to-value and commercial outcomes with Customer Success.
• Manage risk, dependencies and cross-functional teams across global locations.
