Job summary

Spond, a fast-growing Norwegian tech company based in Oslo, is seeking a Product Designer to shape intuitive experiences across iOS, Android, and web. You will drive design discovery, build AI-enhanced prototypes, and collaborate with PMs, engineers, and QA to deliver cohesive, accessible products for coaches, parents, players, and volunteers.

You'll work in a fast-paced environment, leverage AI to accelerate research and testing, and contribute to a design system while respecting platform

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing interactive solutions for iOS, Android, and web.
• Portfolio showing process and outcomes, with AI-enabled prototyping.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and platform guidelines.
• Fluency in English; Norwegian or other Nordic language is a plus.
• Technical collaboration with development teams and knowledge of frontend frameworks is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own design discovery: run user interviews and translate research into defined problems.
• Lead UX/UI design across iOS, Android, and web with cohesive experiences.
• Build functional prototypes using AI tools for realistic testing.
• Ensure accessibility and align with design system standards.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, QA, and marketing to ship features.
