Job summary

Syntree Technologies in Rogaland, Norway, seeks a product designer to define the visual and interaction language across our products, from concept to shipped. You will design interfaces and build cohesive design systems in collaboration with engineering.

You will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while contributing to the brand’s visual language. A strong portfolio and Figma expertise are essential, with comfort in an early-stage setting.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio of shipped product work.
• Figma proficiency — design in components, not artboards.
• Think in systems, not screens.
• Comfortable in an early-stage environment with limited direction.
• Strong visual sensibility and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on product interfaces for FlockPilot and Finby.
• Define and maintain design systems and component libraries.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Work directly with engineers to ensure correct implementation.
• Contribute to the Syntree brand visual language.
