We're looking for a designer who can help us build great software for them.

You'll drive design work from early ideas through to implementation, working closely with product and engineering. The role spans UX and visual design, from understanding a problem and shaping the right solution to making the solution right.

You're a doer who is comfortable getting into the details. You use Figma for design and may also implement parts of your own work in code with AI, in close collaboration with engineering.

You'll join a small product team where your voice matters. We care less about following a fixed process and more about building things that work well for the people using them.

With more than 90% of the Norwegian indoor golf market already using Alba, we're now focusing on international growth. We've established a foothold in 16 countries, and you'll help customers from New Zealand to New York run better businesses.
