Aize is seeking a Senior UX Designer to evolve the design system behind our digital twin experience. You will own system work from problem framing to adoption, collaborating with product teams and engineers to ensure consistency and scalable patterns across flows.

You’ll strengthen connections between Figma, tokens and implementation, while addressing accessibility gaps and building patterns that support AI-assisted workflows. Hybrid work and flexible hours in Norway.

Qualifications

• Systems thinker who can spot patterns across screens and flows.
• Experience designing and evolving design systems for scalable products.
• Collaborates with product, design and engineering to translate design intent into code.

Responsibilities

• Own design-system work from problem framing through design, documentation and adoption.
• Strengthen tie between Figma, tokens, Storybook and implementation.
• Identify and close accessibility gaps and maintain consistency across the product.
• Help evolve design system support for AI-assisted workflows.
