Job summary

Tem-Energy is hiring a Senior Product Manager for Rosso, an ML-led, technically complex forecasting and pricing system. You will be second PM on Rosso, work with ML/data science and engineers, and own portfolio balance initiatives while navigating live financial risk.

The role centers on turning business needs into shipped product, setting success criteria for models, and driving decisions to move at pace in a growing, AI-native environment.

Qualifications

• Must have real product execution behind them: owned at least one complex product area end to end, with a track record of moving real business outcomes.
• Commercial drive and willingness to push decisions to a close to win revenue and margin.
• Experience in or around trading, energy trading ideal, or financial trading with live risk.
• Uses data analysis throughout the product process to validate ideas and progress work.
• ML-literate and able to reason about model performance as business indicators.
• Built product in a startup or high-growth environment with strong ownership.
• AI-native/AI-literate and able to judge where AI helps or hurts.

Responsibilities

• Turn needs into shipped product with nascent ML and forecasting innovations.
• Own the technical-product detail and set clear success criteria for model/forecast performance.
• Drive open product decisions to a close to keep delivery moving with a clear Now/Next/Future.
