tem is hiring a Brand & Creative Design Lead to shape how tem shows up in the world. This senior, hands-on role sits within Brand & Credibility, collaborating with Product and Growth to translate strategy into bold, unmistakably tem work.

You'll build a cohesive creative system, lead an AI-first practice, and set up metrics to track speed and impact across launches, campaigns, and digital moments. Remote-first with global exposure and ownership opportunities.

Qualifications

• In-house experience shaping or evolving a strong brand with a successful identity or campaign.
• Experience bringing AI-driven tools into a business to accelerate concepting and production.
• Portfolio showing bold, memorable craft across brand, campaigns, and digital experiences.
• Startup or scale-up experience with fast shipping while maintaining quality.
• Experience across channels and budgets; willingness to lead hands-on.
• Leadership experience with hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Shape the creative system: translate strategy into identity, storytelling, campaigns that are culturally relevant and instantly recognisable.
• Build with impact: deliver standout creative across launches, campaigns, web, and product moments.
• Lead an AI-first practice: use AI tools to accelerate concepting and production; own internal AI tool.
• Lead without dictating: establish systems and standards while empowering others.
• Maintain high standards: set bold, coherent, world-class work.
• Balance pace and quality: move fast without sacrificing craft.
