Job summary

Tem-Energy is seeking a Staff QA Automation Engineer to shape quality engineering across the Platform team. You will design frameworks, build automation, and scale testing as the company grows a microservice-based energy platform.

You’ll own testing standards, drive CI/CD integration, and advance AI-driven testing including change-risk classification and self-healing checks across multi-service environments.

Qualifications

• Expertise with test automation frameworks (pytest, Playwright, Selenium).
• Strong API-level automation and CI/CD integration experience.
• Experience designing and maintaining cross-team automation frameworks.
• Familiar with AI-assisted testing and regression optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Define and propagate automated testing standards across microservices.
• Build and own QA tooling, test pipelines, and reliable canary/rollout checks.
• Lead AI-driven change-risk analysis and mutation testing initiatives.
• Collaborate across multi-project teams to improve quality metrics.
