Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience with modern ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Familiarity with Incoterms, customs clearance, and freight coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Procurement Operations: Process requisitions, create POs, and track order acknowledgments for data centre and compute hardware.
• Shipment & Freight Tracking: Coordinate international and domestic freight shipments, monitor schedules, customs clearance, and delivery timelines.
• Vendor & Logistics Liaison: Communicate with hardware suppliers, freight forwarders, 3PL providers, and site managers to resolve issues.
• Inventory & Asset Tracking: Maintain records of incoming materials, equipment inventory, and serial numbers in the ERP system.
• Documentation & Compliance: Review shipping manifests, invoices, bills of lading, and import/export docs for regulatory compliance.
• Invoice Verification: Perform three-way matching to ensure billing accuracy.
