Job summary

Beam is looking for an AI Customer Adoption Specialist to join our Customer Adoption & Support team the US. This role blends high-touch, empathetic user support with proactive training to help organisations embed our AI tools into frontline work.

As one of the first hires in this function, you will travel to customer sites, lead onboarding sessions, create simple guides, and partner with Product and Engineering to shape the US adoption playbook.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding sessions for new partner organisations.
• Deliver engaging training virtually and in person.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer Success to capture feedback.
• Help build and improve the US adoption playbook as the function scales.
