Beam is seeking a Prompt Engineer to deploy AI products for frontline workers in the US market, focusing on intuitive, effective AI prompts and workflows. You’ll own design, testing, and iteration of templates with practitioners, while closely aligning with regulatory and privacy requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and deploying AI-powered prompt templates.
• Experience iterating based on user feedback and performance metrics.
• Knowledge of US regulatory and payer contexts such as Medicaid documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and improve AI-powered templates and workflows with frontline practitioners.
• Own customer usage, engagement and success metrics.
• Design, build and test prompt templates using multiple LLM providers.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer Success across US/UK.
• Ensure outputs are accurate, compliant and respectful of data privacy.
