Brook Street is hiring within a Tribunal Hearing Centre to help ensure hearings are properly prepared, supported and delivered, while customers feel listened to and clearly guided.
You will undertake administrative tasks to prepare for hearings, provide support to users, direct queries with scripts, handle case files securely and assist with listing, scheduling and basic financial reporting under team guidance.
Working Pattern: Fully office based 9am - 5pm
