Job summary

Seetec Group in London is seeking a Blind Support Worker / Administrative Support Assistant to provide dedicated support to an Employment Specialist who is visually impaired. You will manage diaries, prepare documents, coordinate travel, and assist at meetings while promoting independence and inclusion.

The role demands reliability, adaptability and excellent organisational skills; experience with visually impaired individuals is desirable. Full training and ongoing support are provided.

Blind Support Worker / Administrative Support Assistant

We’re looking for a compassionate, organised, and proactive Blind Support Worker / Administrative Support Assistant to provide dedicated support to an Employment Specialist who is visually impaired. This rewarding role combines practical workplace assistance with administrative support, helping to ensure accessibility, independence, and confidence in the workplace.

You’ll be responsible for managing diaries and appointments, preparing documents and correspondence, maintaining accurate records, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing support at meetings and external events. In this role, you’ll provide practical workplace support and help ensure environments remain safe, accessible, and inclusive.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in a support, personal assistant, or administrative role and be confident managing a varied workload. You’ll have excellent organisational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Most importantly, you will be reliable, adaptable, professional, and committed to promoting independence, dignity, and inclusion. Experience supporting individuals with visual impairments is desirable but not essential.

In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we’re offering a competitive salary range £36,000 per annum (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:
