Job summary

NSC Global seeks experienced Data Center Engineers to join a high-performance operations team supporting a large-scale data center environment. You will provide on-site hardware maintenance, diagnostics, break-fix, and technical services for enterprise server infrastructure in a 24x7 setting.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on enterprise server hardware experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work rotating shifts while maintaining high service delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise server hardware in data center environments.
• Strong break-fix and hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of server maintenance, repair and component replacement.
• Familiarity with data center operations and infrastructure support practices.
• Networking fundamentals, cabling, and hardware connectivity.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• C1 Local Language (spoken & written) and B2 English (spoken & written).

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite break-fix and corrective maintenance on enterprise server platforms.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware-related incidents.
• Replace and install server components: storage, memory, CPUs, PSUs, networking.
• Conduct hardware diagnostics and system validation after maintenance.
• Support rack-mounted, cloud, edge, and enterprise server environments.
• Document service activities, asset changes, incidents and maintenance records.
• Escalate complex issues and collaborate with engineering and support teams.
• Ensure adherence to procedures, security policies and safety standards.
• Participate in shift handovers for continuity of service.
• Maintain readiness to cover planned/unplanned absences.
