Job summary

Nsc Global is seeking an experienced Data Center Engineer to provide on-site technical support in a mission-critical data center environment. The role focuses on hardware maintenance, diagnostics, break-fix activities, and equipment installation for enterprise server infrastructure.

You will work hands-on, independently, and in collaboration with remote teams, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to service standards.

Qualifications

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and documentation skills in English.
Hands-on experience with enterprise server hardware in data center environments.
Familiarity with remote management tools and ITIL-based service delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform corrective maintenance and break-fix on enterprise servers.
Diagnose and resolve hardware faults and infrastructure issues.
Install, configure, and test server components and peripherals.
Follow procedures and maintain operational standards for maintenance tasks.
Respond to incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
Maintain accurate service records and asset updates.
Collaborate with remote teams and escalation groups to resolve issues.
Support moves, adds, changes, and decommissioning activities.
Ensure compliance with data center security, environmental, and safety requirements.
