Tasks And Responsibilities

• Employment contract: Full-time / 38 hours per week
• Salary indication: €2,500 - €3,250 gross per month, excluding holiday pay
• Employment conditions in accordance with the Hospitality Collective Labor Agreement
• Carrying out preparatory work such as washing, cutting, (pre)cooking, mixing, stirring, etc.
• Assess the quality of products/ingredients (freshness, shelf life, etc.) and prepare tools
• Carry out preparations, monitor quality, doneness, taste, color, consistency, etc. and adjust if necessary.
• Prepare orders for issue.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, occupational health and safety rules, HACCP and work and presentation methods
