Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with graduation in 2026/2027, you’ll participate in operations support, leadership shadowing, and data-driven process improvement

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with graduation in 2026/2027.
• Strong can-do attitude and proactivity are required.
• Fluent English; knowledge of Chinese, Dutch or French is a plus for coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist Station Supervisor in coordinating daily operations of delivery station.
• Shadow and support supervisor in guiding a team during your shift.
• Monitor daily station KPIs and suggest data-driven improvements.
• Conduct daily team briefings and ensure safety, quality, and compliance.
