Job summary

You are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field with a can-do attitude, and you will graduate in 2026/2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the listed fields and soon-to-graduate status.
• No extensive work experience required, but a can-do attitude and proactivity are valued.
• Fluent English; Dutch, Chinese or French helpful for coordination.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physical environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Station Supervisor in coordinating daily operations of the delivery station.
• Shadow the supervisor to lead a team of associates, sorters, or drivers during the shift.
• Monitor daily KPIs and identify bottlenecks to propose data-driven improvements.
• Help conduct daily team briefings and ensure safety, quality, and compliance.
• Coordinate with transport network and customer service to resolve delivery issues.
